It has been a good vacation ~ resting, relaxing, reading, watching movies, occasional outing. I don't ask for anything more.

On a side note, I've come to the conclusion that Starbucks is incredibly and ridiculously overpriced. I never liked it, but the eggnog latte + brown sugar really did it for me. I honestly thought I was drinking vomit. Sorry for the image, but that's really what it tasted like. No more pretending to like Starbucks.

Erum baji's wedding in one week! It'll fall right over Thanksgiving break, which means thanksgiving party + mehndi party, a double whammy. Turkey AND haleem, both on one day =O) 

Finally making myself update~

The paki parade was 'da bomb' hahaha wonder if people still say that But yes had an awesome time with Amina, Maryam, Rabiya and Sadiya, and Sanam and Hina, who finally graced our city with their presence =D The dinner afterwards was even better -- great company and great food made for some great memories -- and great pix!!!

But now it's back to school time ~ lol (stealing this from Shelly bc i totally agree) but my role model for the semester is Hermione Granger.

Role model in the sense that she's smart. Not in the sense that she's 'geeky and hated on by everyone' -- my lil sis' interpretation of her character (I don't think hermione is but w/e).
